All sane people agree that safety must be a major concern in this day of Muslim terrorism, but the fools, fanatics, and fascists have taken control at various levels of government.

Must Church Leaders Always Obey the Law?
Government is about control, and officials cannot abide ordinary citizens telling them, “No, I won’t obey that law.” According to Francis Schaffer, if you affirm that government must be obeyed under all circumstances then you have made government your god and you are a slave. Yes, Lady Justice is blind, dumb, stupid, and bigoted as is obvious in the case of Dr. Kent Hovind who sits in prison as I write this piece. And if it could happen to him, it could and might happen to you or me. Maybe Bible believing Christians should do as Chinese Christians and keep a small bag packed with personal things waiting for that ominous knock on the door. “We’re from the Federal Government and we’re here to get you.”

Public Schools: My Answer to Their Problems!
I contend that public education gets far more respect than it deserves. If taxpayers really knew what was going on in most classrooms they would storm the schools and tar and feather the teachers and staff.

Preachers are to be leaders, but many of our leaders are not leading whenever the matter of resistance to authority arises. We must understand that whenever government goes contrary to Scripture, we have no alternative but to obey the Scripture.

A juror must use his authority carefully, and he must stand alone, if necessary to produce justice. He must not be intimidated by anyone, realizing that he will not answer to anyone except to his conscience and his God. He, the juror, has more authority than the judge or the governor and stands between an oppressive government and slavery.
